Step into the soul of the South Indian monsoon with every sip of Monsoon Malabar—a coffee as bold and mysterious as the rains that shape it. Grown in the misty highlands of Karnataka, these 100% Arabica beans undergo a rare and fascinating process called monsooning.
Once a natural byproduct of sea voyages to Europe, the beans were transformed by ocean winds and humidity. Today, that alchemy is recreated on land: beans are exposed to moisture-laden monsoon winds for 12–16 weeks in coastal warehouses, swelling and changing color as they absorb the monsoon spirit. The result? A golden-hued bean with remarkably low acidity, full body, and intense earthiness.
