This Velvet Moka Silk had a really smooth medium roast body and the caramel-hazelnut notes came through nicely. Brewed it in a moka pot and got a clean cup with gentle sweetness. If you like bold, heavy roasts you might want more punch, but for everyday sipping this is quite elegant.
