Ember Honey is a celebration of sweetness, fruit complexity, and precision roasting.
Created after numerous roast trials and extensive sensory evaluations, Ember Honey emerged as one of the highest-scoring coffees in our development program. Sourced from select high-altitude Arabica farms in Chikkamagaluru and processed using a Dark Honey Anaerobic Washed method, it delivers exceptional sweetness and flavour transparency.
The cup opens with vibrant red berry notes and tropical fruit character, supported by honey-like sweetness and smooth cocoa undertones. As the coffee cools, layers of chocolate emerge, creating a remarkably clean and enjoyable finish.
Designed for both home brewers and specialty cafés, Ember Honey performs beautifully as espresso while maintaining enough sweetness and structure to excel in milk-based beverages. It also shines in iced coffee applications where its fruit-forward character becomes even more expressive.
Every batch is slow-roasted to maximize sweetness, preserve origin character, and create a coffee experience that remains memorable from the first sip to the last.
Whether you’re a specialty coffee enthusiast or a café owner seeking a unique signature offering, Ember Honey delivers complexity, balance, and versatility in every cup.
